Have a problem and need a replacement? Here's how:

In the event something has broken in transit such as a candle as these things can sometimes happen even when packaged with absolute care. I am more than happy to send you a replacement. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your items. When you email me I will be in contact to work out the issue and see what I can do for you.
Change of mind:
Due to our products being made to order especially personalised products we do not accept change of mind as we cannot resell your order to someone else. Thank you for understanding.
